1) There seems to be many 'clubs' around but not a general meeting place a perminent club would provide this
2)this can be a place for all british people regardless of race,wealth,psychically disabled, and a general mixture of people
3) those people who do not feel part of the british 'community' can be part of one
4)people can use all facilities within reason for whatever they want to do
5) no hierarchy so no one is better than the rest more of a leader or a 'representation' of british people
6) to have fun!!
7)so people have a place to bring there troubles to and can get friendly,helpfull advice
8) to promote british media and a place where meadia can be bought borrowed or swapped
9) to promote the english language not in a 'teacher type' enviroment but as it is in everyday usage
10) to welcome those who are new to Berlin and those who have been living here for a while
